If Chicago doesn't fix the horrible "carnage" going on, 228 shootings in 2017 with 42 killings (up 24% from 2016), I will send in the Feds!

Chicago murder rate is record setting - 4,331 shooting victims with 762 murders in 2016. If Mayor can't do it he must ask for Federal help!

True. I think it needs to be addressed too.
I just don't have any faith that he truly understands the core problem or trust anything this man puts into action will help the situation before making it worse.

but I guess really it's up to the citizens there on how the reform should look, so hopefully that's what he's planning.
