Certainly it ain't performing in front of them as they kii and laugh and see us as the fucking HELP... and as the only thing we're useful for in this country

"sang my nigger! Whew! Aww look at our nigger girl justa performing her heart out"

lets not forget the fact he didnt even bother to meet or shake her nigger hand. Like... fucking PLEA'.
this didnt help shit.

But still all she did was sing
ppl are really attacking her like she's a criminal

MelMel

it's because of who she's singing for

and she still got treated like the fucking help

she deserves it :blessed:

BigDawg

"Did you not see my skirt?!!!"

My thought is, was any of that planned prior to her back being lashed?

I'm sorry but she's fucking right. It's the same thing with dealing with racist people in america. The way forward is not to shun them out, bc all that does is pushes the racism to the side. True healing comes when youre in that presence and help them grow, to understand us and we understand them.

Okay, so she performed, "bridging the gap" and all that mess, and what exactly did she heal in the process?

clearly the end didn't justify the means so there goes that theory.

She didn't even SPEAK to him.

You think he's gonna recant all his right-wing views because she wore some ugly dress?

One performance isn't going to heal everyone! But it couldve touched 1 or 2 or a dozen people. That wouldve made it worth it.
