those are pure neo-soul artists

Tweet is very different, she even said she felt Missy pushed her to incorporate too much hip-hop and she fought it, that's why It's Me Again was kind of confusing

She's doing straight neo-soul now, but those first two alberms were really one of a kind

Then from that point you have ppl mixing the hip-hop beats str8 into the neo-soul

I know it sounds like a bold claim
But I'm really not delusional

they arent. Erykah Badu ALONE is the perfect blend of both. And honestly, Tweet aint Hip Hop in the least tbh. What Tweet songs are hip hop? Tweet is always singing over a damn acoustic guitar. when did that become Hip Hop
