I had been doing it off and on for years. Trying to eat healthier. I had to for medical reasons. I feel great. Lost a LOT of weight. My blood pressure is amazing now. I have to get my cholesterol checked again because it was a little high before I changed over. I decided to completely cut out meat early January. I was eating very little meat and dairy before that.

One tip, though. Beans are your friend. Lol

I keep trying to do it, but keep failing
The only thing g I've managed to cut out is refined sugar and ice cut down on dairy like 80%
I tried meat, but a lot of African dishes gave meat in them
