Let me give you tea since some of you know nothing. Bey and Jay were actually at Ciara's wedding in England, Bey was at Ciara's surprise birthday that Russell threw her in 2015. Ya'll know Kelly Rowland is close with Ciara and considers her close friend. Stop. Bey doesn't do many events, and her and Ciara are hardly at the same events the same time.  Ciara lives in Seattle and off-season is in LA.
