i lost and gained and lost and gained and lost and gained lol
then gained and gained and lost

but

through all of that i did build some solid muscle that helps with how i carry the weight which isnt much but as big as i am i can bounce my pecs and flex my biceps


also I know what it takes mentally to keep going
