I have a cousin that's a bit special but he definitely functions at a higher level. he's socially awkward tho, speech is a lil off, and he only really likes to discuss a handful of subjects. He LOVES fantasia and because he knows I love music, everytime he hits me up we're discussing Fantasia. I be like

I could, I think with patience and understanding it is possible.

I just don't think i could, but i guess it depends too. Im sure autism manifests in different ways and i havent seen EVERY instance of it.  I just feel like I'm a mildly intelligent individual and if I felt like i had to talk down or simplify sumn for someone, id be completely turned off.  Someone with a sharp mind is sexy.  If i couldn't get that i just don't feel like it would feel the same. Like it would feel like a big brother/play cousin relationship or sumn
