He was tied to it and more than likely had a responsibility to promote it within 2 artist that he choreographed for 

How would Tamar.. someone that was opening for him have any pull to stop Monica from being on the bill of an r kelly tour

Frank holds rank in Roberts shows.. he did the entire tour and all of Roberts last tours in the last couple of years
