Doesn't sound like a bad haul to me especially since TLK will probably surpass all of the live action remakes and easily gross well over billion worldwide. Not to mention Disney will probably come off more money to get Bee than Emma.

Well if the reports are true Emma will get $15 million, because the film has already grossed $751 million ww, 3 million was just her upfront in case it underperformed.
They'll offer Bee more upfront, because she's way bigger than Emma, they gave Angelina 20 million upfront for Maleficent.
In any case, queen definitely shouldn't work for peanuts, but I really think she's more about her legacy than money at this stage in her career. This is one of the most iconic franchises of all time and the upcoming film stands a chance at being one of the highest grossing films of all time, she'd be crazy not to do it.
