Definitely. Race is also very relative. Dolezal could never pass for black in South Africa or Nigeria. Even I could never be black in South Africa. Race is socially constructed because it, many times, isn't based on fact.
Someone could easily look at the "Red" example and call him Black because of his larger nose, lips, etc.

And if we're really getting technical, that illustration is wrong.

Native Americans are genetically Asian in their roots. They migrated from Central/East Asia, but developed their own identities as Natives, as opposed to Asians. Kind of like African Americans vs. Africans (only AA's didn't "migrate").

Full blooded Natives can easily be mistaken for "Asian".



So pick a better example next time. There are only three "races".
