i think theres conditions for evry mutant whose omega

jean, iceman and vulcan can do things effortlessly (like goin formless)
jean can cause tha phoenix force (which is one wit her now) makes it seamless
iceman has been a big pile of ice since debut, he's jus gotten more powerful due to training
vulcan is jus overpowered
x-man due to phoenix genes

storm carries too much weight to jus easily transform
she alrdy has to keep her emotions in check in human form & if she pushed her ascension it'd jus be a MESS!
she'd b rogue-storm all ovr again

The portrayal of Storm & Rogue is the movie series has been dismal. I feel like the writers took too much liberty in crafting their storylines/ personalities. They basically rewrote the characters and made them weaklings. Rogue was a sassy southern girl from Mississippi was sort of a foul mouth. She first appeared as a villain in the comics and received her powers from Ms. Marvel when she was under Mystique's control. In the movies they changed how she got to the school and tried to explain how got the grey streak in her hair and this is apparently all prior to her encounter with Ms. Marvel because she's so inexperienced with her powers, but that's not how her storyline goes and they never got around developing her story so she can get the powers that we know her to have. They portrayed her like she was Jubilee and eventually fizzed her out almost completely. And Storm is the daughter of a princess from Kenya (problem number 1). She was a leader in both Xavier's school and the X-Men and she had highly developed abilities. She was revered and eventually married Black Panther and became Queen of Wakanda. She should have her own X-Men Origins storyline. And it could intertwine with Black Panther's storyline. They would have to get the right actress to portray her though.
