It wasn't Kwee Nick's fault tbh

I mean, it had an vid and came on the heels of the Flawless remix.  Radio should have eaten it up.

Single or not you would think that 2 of the biggest  female artist in the world would have done better as far as sales. Streaming alone should've had some weight to get some plaques and awards. ...

Yeah i heard it a lot on radio and i even used a bit

It was business/promotion for Tidal. If it was Nicki's doing the video would have been everywhere (VEVO, Youtube, etc) after a week or so of the Tidal release. I'm sure the Carters wanted the Tidal exclusive mess. I think that's what stalled the record at its peak, but it was a HIT regardless!

oh girls

I just realized nick' and bey' are the two black girls that are the most deserving of their positions, yet are always undermined in some way.

What kinda match made in FUME heaven

to me the track was too playfull it was almost a parody

To me, it was tuneless.  Nothing catchy about it, or interesting production.

It took a long time for it to grow on me.

Yeah tidal exclusive did have a impact....prior to them working together i  thought them working together would have been a record that would be huge for music...i was really looking forward to them setting the bar

The video isn't even on vevo or YouTube and the song was never send for radio adds.
Just look up how the charts work these days and answer your own question. I promise it's not rocket science.
