Angel's first season was so dark and then they added that corny ass karaoke singer

so weird

I feel like it was weak to begin with, they tried to recreate the group dynamic of the Scoobies and it didn't work. I was glad when they killed that Irish guy off 

It got better towards the end with The Beast and Illyria.
