WHY would they remake the Phoenix saga anyway?! Fox hasn't even introduced alien life to their Xmen series. Tryna do a Phoenix storyline without the Shi'ar TWICE?!

And they wonder why Marvel Studios is planking on their wigs, they actually take the time to introduce all of the elements to tie all the stories together to the best of their ability.
