I actually thought about that when u mentioned that.  With ur job im sure uve come across some cases like that

We've had ppl we had to cut their walls down to get them out their house. We then roll them on a blue tarp and use rope and pulley to hoist them up. We then take stretcher out and just place them on ambulance floor bc they to wide for stretcher. Being that paramedics are team lead i usually stand back and let the emts and firefighters handle that 😂
