You said the Guinness World Records declared her as the best selling artist of all time, but they only declared that in 2014, Diana was awarded that title herself 1993, so they couldn't have given Madonna that title in the mid 90's like you said, and that magazine cover looks like a random mess, where does it say Guinness world records?

Janet also came off 2 world tours herself during that time too

Only one of Janet's tours is listed top 10 grossing tour of its respective year and even the here it was the lower end of the top10.

And they did there was a whole article about her dethroning Diana who the top female artist before madonna took it.
