I heard years ago that Bravo puts in their contracts that cast members can't sue one another.  Don't know if that's true.  I know Adrienne on RHOBH took legal action against Brandi when she exposed her for using a surrogate, but I don't know if it was a cease and desist or actual lawsuit.
