I know we make light of it because it is tv, but I know personally what the accusation of rape can do. For someone that is not famous, it can carry some pretty lasting consequences.

! It really is a big deal, that shit can alter the way e erybody looks at you and percieve you. Everything you ever did great up to the point in life is erased off of something that wasn't true. Damn near impossible to recover from it.

Yea, my cousin was accused of rape by his girlfriend after a videotape leaked to her sister. He spent a week in jail and the girl lied. She never even showed up to court. My cousin was kicked out of school, he can't keep a job, he has completely changed. He never even so much had a speeding ticket.
