It's TIME to get ready, to get cut and firmT.
My fucking advice are:
1. WATCH em carbs. If you eat carbs for lunch, veggies are compulsory for dinner.
2. No carbs after 5PM.
3. Never skip dinner... no carbs BUT you gotta EAT: veggies + chicken breast/fish/meat.
4. Cashew, almonds, or any oilseeds are good for snacks. Be careful cause they are calorific tho.
5. Dont remove fats... Eat good fats: oilseeds, avocado, olive oil.
6. Breakfast is compulsory and you can eat calorific things you will burn through the day. I did not tell you to eat 5 Big Mc like Kelly Price... Actually I eat chocolate & coconut stuffed protein pancakes every morning... but I'm eating veggies for dinner. BALANCE!
7. Meal prep is a good way to balance your appetite. Be careful with fruits too... especially juices... Full of unecessary SUGAR.
8. Reasonable cheat meals are okay ONCE a week. Reasonable... I did not say: swallow the whole cookie box, 3 large fries, 3 pizzas and have a date with Ronald and Wendy...
It's like a reward: if you eat healthy through the week and you respect EVERY aspect of your diet, you can treat yourself on Saturday night and punch to Burger KingT.
9. The only sodas you can drink are Pepsi Max or Coke Zero...
10. Workout, gorls, WORK OUT. Pushups, Pullups, squat... MOVE YOUR BODY.
Discipline is the fucking KEY.
