Nicki's problem is her insecurity.

The guy who took that picture of her and Nas posted a video on YouTube explaining how it came about.  He said after she posted it on IG, she would not stop reading IG comments and literally asking everyone, "Why would they say this?" or "Why are people being so rude?"....

He said he just couldn't believe someone so famous and beautiful cared so much about what people on social media think.

That ego is so fragile.
