If someone is receiving government assistance, what purchases should be monitored on a regular basis?

Drugs/Alcohol

Beauty (think: makeup, hair, etc.)
0 (0%)
Vacation (domestic trips, overseas trips, etc)
0 (0%)
Technology (think: large screen TVs, moderately priced laptops, etc.)
0 (0%)
None. No purchases should be monitored.

All of these purchases should be monitored.

Who said this is about blacks :uhh: black people aren't the only recipients of welfare, by far.

I don't think I really have a right to tell people what they can or cannot buy.
