Im sorry but imo Michael sounds ridiculous. What exactly is he going to do when these white roles he goes out for only want a white actor to play them. This is a system that has been engrained in the entertainment business for a very long time. I think he should go for roles that break the stereotypical black male character.

I mean white roles are usually the ones that come in variety. The ones specifically made for blacks are usually boxed in.

To me that's how you know you've made it in Hollywood as a none white actor. If a white actor could have gotten the role but you still got it. Only the top Black actors (Halle, Denzel, Zoe, Will, Michael etc.,) are truly able to get blind cast and even then it's not a guarantee

They took these roles and made ppl see the character, not color
