The more I "climb" the ladder in my career... the more I see why some of you on here have certain views on whites, asians, and other races.  I think growing up in a big city; melting pot, and having a diverse family -- made me MISS a lot of the "in your face" racism as a black child. 

But I've faced some crazy shit since embarking on my career -- I'm able to handle myself, and it doesn't deter me.  I'm always going to remain focused.  But to see Lew laugh at shit like this... smh.  There's millions like him.

My laughter comes from a different place

My father is Asian, yes, but he grew up in Guyana.  The culture is totally different, there's nothing "Asian" about it.
My mother is black, from the Caribbean as well.
