Apparently, paparazzi caught this woman walking in to UCLA Medical Center on Friday with balloons for a boy and a girl.

The greeting card says "B + J".

These shitty ass balloons and arrangement!!

Everyone keeps saying that! NNNnnnnnnnnnnnnnn

But I don't think everyone is going to send a $1,000 mess to the hospital. 

The flowers don't look bad.
