What do you eat before you workout?

I usually eat brown rice or quinoa before I run. It's in the morning so I'm full off of them for a good portion of the day and I also burn the calories early on.

no those were examples of meals
not one meal at once

but i have gotten good results by having two breakfasts

one at 7 and one at 10 30

Lol Ive been sporadic with my workouts as of late
and Ive gone through it all so I know alot

Im just not the type to keep a strict regimen

but its not for a lack of knowledge about it

If I am doing fasted cardio

I need something nutritious to replenish with

and if i am doing HIIT

im gonna be hungry later on anyway

so two sensible breakfasts with a workout isnt out of the ordinary

without working out however it would be overkill

unless the portions were really smaller
