What do you eat before you workout?

Typically, some oatmeal and some fruit (mostly a banana) if I haven't eaten in a few hours. If I have eaten within the past two hours, just some fruit.

i eat oatmeal too.. but i think ima have to cop the plain kind smh the apple joint is breaking me out a bit.. ima try bananas

I usually workout in the morning so it's a bowl of oatmeal with a spoon of peanut butter and some bananas.

!!!or an egg white omelet. Nothing  too heavy
