Like I've seen that gif of you lurking on here, your intake of food (calories) is disgusting. 2 full complete breakfasts. What kind of diet is that ?
1) Im going to need you to stop trying to make this personal cause this is about veganism and how it cn do some harm as well
2) I agree with vegetarianism and have actively practiced it
3) I have committed to an exercise regimen and vegetarian diet and have gotten great results
4) 2 breakfasts is out of context If someone is eating smaller meals more frequently then of course they would have 2 meals in the morning if its properly timed
Additionally alot of people opt for loading up in the morning and skipping lunch or having very sensible meals at night due to digestion being best in the morning hours
5) Lets get back to veganism and the nutritional deficit it leaves
