I'm in a specific area rn but I'll keep it generic and say management

I have to be a mean black bitch or a weak one

and I'm not going to be a weak one. My future is based on how well I can control and manipulate people

Day 1 I realized that people had this perception of me being young AND black and I really don't give a fuck, as long as I supply results. It's insulting a lot of times but I don't sacrifice my dignity for anyone. It's why I've quit like 5 jobs in 4 years

There are a MILLION jobs out there. If you hate your workplace, you can find another. Just be smart about the transition.

I work for this massive SJW radio/TV network, when I called the staff room tf out that I am literally the only person of color in a company of over 100 employees, they said I was too energetic about race and coming off overtly strong about the issue (borderline aggressive). I just calmly asked "Who in here is not white?"

All they do is post left-social-liberal diversity mess but behind the microphone nothing but snowflakes, I fckn had it with the hypocrisy at the station meeting.
