It's almost hard for me to watch any of her visual work prior to Self Titled.  IDK.  It's just not the same.  Feels like a different artist.  I pray her and Todd Tourso continue to work together for at least 1 more project.  It's scary thinking about her possibly topping Lemonade visually.

That video alone is a visual masterpiece. That entire underwater scene hadn't ever been done before in a video. 

and if she actually does top it visually.... Im scared.

That's actually one of my stan fears.  Lemonade (the film) was so fucking EXCELLENT!  Like, can she top it?  Visually, it's just next level.  Especially shit like "Hold Up" with the underwater scene.  Honestly, the entire film and its sequencing is beautiful.  And what I like most is it feels natural.  It's not some dress up GaGa/Katy Perry fantasy mess.  Then, the impact "Formation" and "Hold Up" had across pop culture.  I saw like 20 different "Hold Up" spoofs, and then "Formation" winning every damn award. 

How do you even top that?

She had long 9 months to think about it.
