50 just trying to promote Power and successfully so. Had it not been for him LATCHING on to Empire, I never would have watched Power.

and what's lee's obsession with trying to make Juss' an alpha male :plzstop: I cringe whenever he tries to act like a thug and had "dora" play housewife. yuck.

I HATE that. Jamal just doesn't have it. He is a sissy goofy fag. And not some BAWSE... Dora shouldnt take his mess.

yea, am a bit tired of the "black folks don't wanna see other black folks succeed" bit

we're not obligated to support everything another black person does...
for those who really are tired of the lack of options for us and opportunity for our people, but don't necessarily like the show itself. just turn it on and then go do something else.

There is a push of alternative lifestyles on all tv.  Look at HTGAWM.   Sometimes it comes across contrived.   But lets face it there are gay people in the world why cant people write those characters into story lines.

I dont think that the gay agenda on Empire is destroying the rating.  Its just comes off as really staged and late now

Bentley!

ssss
Having Jamal be an Alpha would've worked with somebody other than Jussie playing the part. Not because he's less masculine, but his acting comes off as forced whenever he goes into "thug" mode :dead:

I wonder what it would've gave if Trai played Jamal... ugh... he would've given alpha top so well

Look at HTGAWM.

which was so unnecessary.. in terms of the jean and anna thing!
storyline didnt need it AT all..

LOONA.

Of course they dipped after the season PREMIERE. Pretty normal for any show.

its not that much of a stretch for the show....violas character exudes a lot of masculine energy so its believable

but its very contrived on these other shows
