But I wouldn't say Nicki's success is unwarranted. There was a lane wide open and she settled in at the right time. 2009/2010 was a great time for a female rapper and the whole Young Money label association definitely gave her an edge. She has Wayne to thank for a lot of her success tbh.

It isn't disrespect, because the 90 girls couldn't quite DEW it like Nick does. She went straight pop and had major success. Then came back to Urban and had the same success. The endorsements, the commercials, and the products she makes outside of music all lead me to believe she's the most recognizable female rapper of all time, guys.
