I hate "Run Run" so much.  MY GOD!  And "Hol Up" is a no.

My review....

1.   "My Forever" - Beautiful! Slick, dope melody & LUSH vocals.
2.   "Wanna Love You Boy" - Hot!  Tamar when she's in her bag. Current without trying too hard!
3.   "Run Run"   - Terrible.  Sample is reductive, overdone & uninspiring! 
4.   "Hol' Up" (featuring Yo Gotti) - Cheap and corny!  Next caller!
5.   "The Makings of You"   - The best of the Rodney tracks.  Her backgrounds intertwined with the sample are beautiful.  Rodney could have leveled this up in spots.
6.   "Heart in My Hands" - Voice sounds rough.  Don't like the song.  Raw!  Heartfelt! n
7.   "Blind" - Is it the Cadillac Records soundtrack?  I'm sleep!
8.   "My Man" - Still love this!  R. Kelly homage done right.  Great vocal performance!
9.   "Pick Me Up" - It's really cute.  Sounds like it could be on Mariah's Glitter album, though.
10.   "How I Feel" - I'm sleep!
11.   "Empty Boxes" - Is it a funeral?

The album is seriously disappointing.  HUGE step down from the last project.
