yeah this doesn't look like just weight gain.
it has a "moon face" appearance; I'm guessing either thyroid issues or either she could be corticosteroids which a lot of vocalists sometimes take to reduce swelling of them and to help "heal" them. 

either way if she gets her health in order; her voice would improve and so would her appearance. the lady is pushing 50. she's allowed to be fat for a year or so.
