I have a soft spot for the elderly, but I do know what you mean.

It's annoying, but I give Mildred props for still trying to work.
It's hard for some people to accept they've reached an age
where they can't work anymore. That's a hard pill to swallow.

I can't do 70 in a 55 speed limit on the highway if the old infront of me is going 35.

its honestly dangerous for everyone involved 

If theres an age limit for youth, they need to do it both ways or at least require constant testing for those at a certain age

Who's to say what the age limit would be, some people get early dementia at 55. Others have a sound mind at 90.

This is why the elderly feels some kind of way about the millennial generation because of threads like this. Just rude for no reason at all. That?s the entitlement attitude that I see from this generation all the time. Thank god I was born during Generation X
