This song is so relatable to my life right now. :stressed:

"Yesterday was not a good day.  I went to the doctor to hear the news.  Had the nerve to call me crazy.  Deranged.  A victim of child abuse!"

"Maybe if your paper wasn't stacked.  Or if the sex was wack.  Or maybe if you was FAT?"

My', WAIT!  :kii:

Cod' I'm glad you can appreciate Moodring. A lot of people find it to be all over the place but I love how she dip and dabble into different genres on each song. It was one of the album's charming features. Also her lyricism on this album was crazy and funny too. The shit she say.

"Wo" is still my favorite dance video ever! She should've won a VMA for that. I don't even think that video was nominated at all.

When she got that standing ovation on 106 & Park >

It was nominated for Best Dance Video & Best Choreography.

People can say whatever they want, but the album is solid as hell.  And it's so much fun.  So many of the R&B girls were afraid to step outside of their comfort zone.  Sonically, Moodring is pretty brilliant for an R&B album in 2003.  I mean, look at "Whatever Bitch".  She was ahead of the curve with that one.  The album is underrated AF.

"No Sleep Tonight" & "Anatomy 1On1".  I forgot about these. :gorlonfire:

This was my fucking album!

Yeah it is. It's one of the finest R&B/pop of the 2000's. That's why I fuck with Mya. I appreciate her abilities to step outside the box and she did that with Moodring. She definitely was ahead of the curve with Whatever Bitch.
