I used to legit be confused by the Nigeria vs Ethiopia battles and mess on here before i learned more about the differences in culture, heritage, etc. 

When I used to lurk this Nigerian board and they'd randomly lash Ghanians and beg for them to be deported because they stink.

I had to tear into a couple Africans for some mess they had to say about AA's. They got in their feelings once I started showing them pics of gnats flying around a couple of mouths. Like ...  if it's so great where you were at - why the hell are you here? Go back home, Roger. 

Yeah I do my genealogy hobby mess but don't get it twisted - Southside Queens all day err day. Don't come for my people if you ain't one of us.

Sometimes they step the hell out of line.

and West Africa already has ECOWAS going, 18 west african countries (with more planning to join) that have joined forces and it's been massively succesful so far.
So it's not impossible for the South and East to do the same
