I think the way people screencapped portions of the commercial and made a collage - it took me a minute to figure out what was offensive about it , or even what anyone could FIND offensive about it but after I thought a bit I was like ohhhhhhhh

really? lol the screencap was the first thing I saw

reminded me of that asian ad where that girl put the black man in the washing machine and pulled out a 'clean' man (asian)

but the video in full isnt bad. good marketing team wouldve told them to switch up the order a bit.
