There was a time when Brit was bigger than Bey tho

It's crazy looking back in the early 2000's

Yeah.  When Beyonce was in Destiny?s Child.  Dangerously In Love dragged In The Zone back in 2003, and Bee has continuously gotten bigger and outsold her with every subsequent release as Britney declined.

Survivor kinda Lashed Britney as well

I think thats when they were pretty much on par tbh

Oop!

Oh wow.

I don't know about more influential but I do agree that Britney is more iconic than Bey.

I don't think any artist will match Britney's peak. She got diamond albums, her performances were always an event and her music videos were groundbreaking.

v Britney is an icon but she and her impact are so overrated to me

Def not in Bey's league.  I do think she's more iconic than everybody else from the generation tho

Britney being more iconic than Beyonc? has me shaking.  ?Formation? is more groundbreaking than every video in Britney?s white Janet catalog.

But luckily, I refuse to debate about it today.  That nostalgia of Britney holding a snake and stripping at the VMAs be having people gassed.  :kii:

Great memory, though!  I hear she?s great at that casino in Vegas.

!

She?s definitely a pop icon that represents the TRL era and Bubble Gum Pop along with *NSYNC and Christina.  Britney was the face of that era.  Her VMA performances are memorable, because it reminds us of being kids watching MTV.

But she also represents lip syncing, being manufactured & being an industry puppet that eventually broke.

But what do I know?

I wonder what even pissed them off to make this vid? Bey is just chillin & playing dress-up on instagram
IDK what Brit is doing but neither of them are pushing music right now
they should've left that Britney introducing Bey part out though, that kinda gives Bey the last laugh

Not a snake and dyke kiss being groundbreaking

Nothing. The R2D2's are always pissed at Bey, for no reason.

Brit could still be a damn FORCE if her career was handled properly. Her team really messed her up, she was (and still is) surrounded by people that didn't have her best interests at heart.

Lemme not cuz...

No she can't, sis. Britney is doped up on every antidepressant there is and doesn't even seem to know where she is half the time. Her issues go far beyond management.

CHOKE

The Brits have never really liked Bey but when Brit got the Vanguard award and MTV had her introduce Bey's Love On Top Performance

:plzstop:
