I don't even "let everyone know" I have sex with men in the states. lol Just because I'm not scared somewhere, hidden in a closet doesn't mean that I walk around all day waving rainbow flags. You don't have to travel to Ethiopia to risk your life by blatantly announcing such things. I could take a trip to Compton and do the same thing, possibly returning with a bloody nose or worse.
And who would do that, anyway? lol. Just be yourself. People will respect you and they gravitate towards that confidence. Straight men included. There's one guy at my job who
always stops by my desk to talk, and one of my coworkers who sit in my area were confused. She's like, "Is he gay?". But I moved to correct her assumption immediately. No he's not gay, he is a straight man who happens to enjoy conversing with me on a regular basis.
I can tell many people
admire me, but that is not to be confused with lust or any sort of sexual attraction. I admire many females, even to the point of having a little crush on them. Just because it's something alluring about them. But I am not sexually attracted to them; I do not have sexual thoughts about them. So I can understand why straight men could have this sort of attraction to me.
In my everyday life, I'm not what you'd may consider "over the top", but I'm not playing a role either. Don't let the "Ken Dahl" videos and persona fool you. Anyone who knows me personally will tell you that Herbert is the complete opposite.
I chill out, and do my thing. Some even call me a little shy. And I do not long for anyone's approval, whether they be gay or straight.
