@ Afro I agree.

I use to love my friends names Tyniquah and Jakeem. So edgy and creative LMAO!
!!!!!!

I don't think we're taught to hate "black names".

Many of our friends and family had them.

There this was this guy down the block from me named Jahquail. I thought his name was so sexy.

If anything, I got more heat from black people for my name. A lot of heat.
My big sis was about to fight someone one day over it. :plzstop: :plzstop: :plzstop: :plzstop:

SO I cant really see this big "issue in our community" of not accepting ethnic names.

But this is just my personal experience.

Jahquail?!?!?!?!?? omgggg  :dead: :uhh: :uhh: :plzstop: :plzstop: :plzstop:

DDDDDDDDD

I had a friend named Darius. Very simple name IMO but the white people at my job were like  :-o his name so black!!

After i called them crackers for having cookie cutter names, we had this discussion about names. But it's just funny how it looks completely different from the outside.

I never had a problem with name... It's a very normal name :plzstop: I just hate how certain people pronounce it sometimes.
My issue was with my last name growing up. I didn't like how people would assume I'm Muslim or half Arab or some shit. I'm okay with it now tho jfjfj
