She could just lipsync like she does with...nvm

I'm sure it'd come back with a full 8-count and seductive dance break around a stripper pole.

Theatrics!  Female MJ!

Watching that Stevie tribute frustrates me, because that's her at her core.  But she feels the pressure of being the entertainer of her generation with unrealistic expectations from everyone on top of Urban music not being in a place where 'SANGING!" is the wave or even radio friendly.

Hoping she is recording an album with uptempos that play more to her strengths as a singer AND performer the way B'Day did.

Yeah, that Stevie performance slayed

Yes to all of this especially the last bit.

I'm over the half singing half talking mess that everyone else is doing. She needs to get back to the harmonies and runs that we're used to.

That was what made Sorry so unlistenable for me.

middle fingers! boy bye!

!!!!!!

She needs to step outside of "what's hot" and create something that isn't necessarily the wave right now.  Because fitting into what's trendy will continue to give us "7/11" and "Formation" type records.  Granted, I am here for a trap mess.  But I prefer Beyonc? as a singer FIRST.  So, I need more vocally complex records from her.  Especially uptempos.

And thank you for what you said about "SORRY".  I feel like the only one who has preached about how weak that record is.  It sounds like something Ciara would lead with.  "Headed to the club!"

n

Girl, when are you ever in the club?  Stop.

I do like the bridge, but BLAH.  I need something a little more off-kilter and challenging from her this go-round.  Artistically and conceptually, I love Lemonade as a whole.  It's a solid album.  I just know she is capable of a lot more musically than she's shown on any album she's released this decade.  And that's a compliment, because I don't think she's released a bad album since 2008.
LISTEN  for me was where Bey showed her vocals best, where you felt her singing and showing emotion.

Bey is truly an artist that has it all. She can sing, dance and a beauty. Usually artists have 2/3 or 1/3 of those. Ciara has beauty and can dance, Rihanna has beauty and has a ear for hits, but Bey has it all but doesn't have a long-lasting classics. So disappointing.

you keep saying this lie :dead:
Bey has multiple classics
Crazy In Love and Single Ladies are just 2 that are undeniably classic and still get played
