Let me school you gorls on something real quick: It's call sexism, it's all over this country. Men in certain jobs do make far more money than women, even in jobs that both women and their male counterparts hold the same position, men still get paid more. It's not about entitled white bitch this, entitled white bitch that. It's plain and simple. Men have always been seen as dominant and when a woman is in power, people are quick to tear her down, etc. It has nothing to do with feminism. It's sexist behavior and it needs to end. If a woman is the same position as a man and is doing just as good of a job as her male counterpart; then she should get paid the same amount of money. It's simple as that.

Right. It's sexism. Plain and simple. She even made a point that it goes on in general everyday jobs. Like doctors for instance, you have a male cardiologist and a female cardiologist working within the same hospital network, having the same amount of patients, doing the same EXACT job, guess who's going home with the bigger paycheck? It sure as hell isn't the female cardiologist. Sexist behavior have been going on like this for DECADES. Take Oprah Winfrey for instance, she started out as a news anchor (bet some of y'all didn't know that) she was making less money than her male counterparts in the 70s and you want to know why? Because she was a WOMAN!!!
