I know you love XxXTina above anyone else but brandy should be doing all Whitney tributes for award shows. Period

i love Brandy but no she shouldn't. She's too afraid to touch the ballads. Besides, her tone and range aren't made for that. Which isn't a bad thing. She's set a new standard for what makes a singer a great vocalist.

None of these girls do Whitney justice to be honest. They either scream too much, their tone loses its purity and clarity, or they crack all over the place. Same thing that happens when girls try to touch Brandy songs.

i dunno i just feel her and brandy were so close. its only fitting to have her do it .. christina aguleria? i mean really? all the black singers they can get and they get her

But Whitney wasn't just a r&b singer. She was a universal icon. And it's not like she didn't give the okay for Xtina to tribute her while alive. Whitney inspired most of the girls - black, white and inbetween.

First of all...
Bran already had a chance @ the BET awards
and has performed Whitney at her shows....

Brandy doesn?t own Whitney
and most definitely wasn?t the only artist inspired by her
and skin color has nothing to do with it.

I?m sorry but y?all say some of the dumbest shit.

QuoteXtinct is going to be terrible

the way I was so right

Deborah Cox is currently doing the play. Why didn't they get her or Heather Headley to do this tribute?

Add ?I?m Every Woman?
there?s snapchats of Christina currently rehearsing now
and there?s a choir singing ?I?m Every Woman?

AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
hmmmm a medley mess. I like that idea better

Doing those full songs is more than strenuous on the voice. Absolutely not

no she shouldn?t. There are other great singers out there that love Whitney as well

Let them do it. Brandy?s was special because it was one award show and one time only as far as award shows go. She ain?t a tribute girl, that would be late IMO.

Deborah was involved in the Whitney biopic, I think the family don?t approve of her any longer.
Must be a purple moon, feel like one of those nights...

Am I the only one that thinks GODtina did well with that hologram tribute mess? :guys: Granted it was lipped down but the vocals are still hers. I wouldn't even be mad at something similar vocally.

MAY

This could be big for her.

To agree to something of this degree, I feel like sis may have been behind the scenes snatching that vocal back together, and this is her moment to show out.

I think it?s because it?s Christina

Christina is a vocal based artist.
you want a vocal from her
that?s what you think of when you hear her name

if it were Beyonc? doing the tribute
I would expect more uptempo?s from her
because she?s performance based

I see what you did there sis  :plzstop: :plzstop: :plzstop:
