Don't know if I could ever do a vegan mess. Or even vegetarian.

I'm not a huge meat eater (my weakness is carbs). But I don't know about saying "no thanks" to it for eternity and mess. I like some pepperoni or a burger here and there.
But, I've been on my oatmeal kick mess, which I haven't done in YEARS. Like, on a few days a week I eat nothing but oatmeal with fruit (but still keeping calorie count in mind). My body has been snapping right the fuck back into place.
And it's not only the cosmetic side that it helps me with - it's a brain food so it really clears my mind. Evens my mood out. Like, it's really my superfood.

And I love oatmeal so it's pretty easy for me. Feels like a treat and not punishment. Just had to get back into taking my health and fitness seriously again.
