No. You are wrong.

First of all I used the term "blaccent" just for the purpose of the title. And second AAVE refers to a variety of English beyond the phonetic realization of words, it also comprises unique vocabulary and grammar, whereas a "blaccent" strictly refers to the way someone pronounced words.

AAVE = ebonics

AAVE refers to pronunciation too... I mean if you're writing a dissertation the right thing to do would be to refer to AAVE, not a "blaccent" seeing as "blaccent" isn't a term.

do you go to a community college?
