Nicole has horrible solo music and she has ZERO personality outside of music.  I don't think I've ever seen her say or do anything interesting.  And even as gorgeous as she is, she never became a fashion girl or served you LOOKS.  Her brand outside of PCD has always been stuck at 0%.

She's also racially ambiguous, and that played against her IMO.  You need your culture behind you.  She ain't white... She ain't black... She ain't Latina.... Like, who is stepping up?

It also didn't help she got labeled as a total evil bitch by her group members. 

Very charismatic and decent voice.  And I hear she stayed on her knees for Jimmy Iovine.
