Not at all. It's depend on how much an artist is willing to put into that particular project; production cost, artwork, marketing, distribution, etc.

I'm not here for the next project if there aren't at least 4 singles, a tour already set in stone when the album is released, and 4 decent videos.

I don't want to hear "I wanna tour in the fall." And none of that "this is my most personal album." Heard that shit for the last 4 eras. Just release music and let it speak for itself.

First of all, don't lie to yourselves. Because the minute she drops some hot shit, you'll be right there jamming. (This is said with love and without malice - I have to clarify, because people will read it with whatever tone they want to read it in).

Secondly, when has she recorded in "secret"? You've heard snippets, background music, etc. it's no secret she's recording.

Thirdly, whether people want to understand it or not, shit DOES go on behind the scenes and things need to be in 100% order before anything. I rather a bitch have everything together, instead of just releasing something randomly and it go under the radar like an Ashanti single. (Just facts).

I hate when some of you think every comment she makes is a subliminal about music coming next week, tomorrow, etc. When I say "i hate", it's because they get their hopes up for nothing... and then get mad at her as if she said it was coming.  Just don't assume or jump to conclusions unless it's actually said.
