Pornstar August Ames Dies at 23

On December 2, Ames tweeted that she was refusing to shoot a sex scene with an actor who had done gay porn. She claimed that the medical testing was different for straight vs gay sex scenes, and did not want to participate. Because of her statements, she experienced a huge backlash online, with many fans and performers labeling her a ?homophobe.?

Close friends of Ames tell us she had suffered from longterm depression, and believe the recent incident with online harassment may have contributed to her death.

Basically they were mad cause she didn't want to do a scene with a gay dude.
A lot of those gay pornstars aren't even acknowledging  her death or the role they may have played.  Some of them are getting called out in her last tweet.
