ok. I watched this movie earlier this morning... and....

Like... it started off as a pretty standard gay film but it started to shift to something a lot more.
I had intense lingering thoughts/emotions felt hours after viewing. I read online that there were a great deal of the things the movie left out.
For pace purposes and for budget wise. With that said I went to Target soon after and picked up the paperback book. I spent about 3 hours devouring the book and feeling even more emotions...  Especially know that

Back to the movie which was shot beautifully and had a vintage feel. Director Luca Guadagnino couldn't have picked a better location.

Im BUYING this movie on DVD when it becomes available.

ALSO.. Moonlight and this shouldn't be compared. Not because CMBYN is better.

But they are vastly different. Apples and Oranges. The title of this thread shouldn't have even mentioned Moonlight.

But The Time travelers Wife was LASHING my tear ducts for the whole movie whereas this came in kinda full force near the end.
