I used to have that mess so much it stopped being scary and started being an annoyance.

I was tf over it

!!!!!!!!!!! I don't get it as much as I used to when I was a child, but still get it from time to time. It happened more often when falling in n out of sleep in the car or watching tv in bed. I think I'm usually too tired for that kind of mess now.

I can hear n see the whole conversation in the car, but no one can hear me yelling asking them to wake me the hell up. It's always been more so ANNOYING than creepy. like "oh, here this fucking shit goes..." After a bit, I'm just like fuck it and just perch.

That's it ! You can't scream for help, your voice is GONE, can't move or anything. You feel the presence of "something" (for me just like the picture, on my chest) and it's very scary LOL
Sometimes you see things also ....

I heard a voice in my ear speaking another language one and I don?t think it was a language from this world

That reminds me that I occasionally have these weird dreams since my childhood, where I can feel new senses. Not tasting or hearing. Something else that doesn't really exist.

That's it ! You can't scream for help, your voice is GONE, can't move or anything. You feel the presence of "something" (for me just like the picture, on my chest) and it's very scary LOL

That reminds me that I occasionally have these weird dreams since my childhood, where I can feel new senses. Not tasting or hearing. Something else that doesn't really exist.

I do think that children feel and sense things on another level but we eventually lose that ability. Especially in the western world where things like Mind and Body connection aren't taken seriously and more emphasis is placed on production and what you can do rather than relaxing sensing and creating and feeling.

I thought I never experienced this until the other day.

Usually, when I'm dreaming I'm aware that it's a dream but in this particular dream I felt like I was watching myself experience sleep paralysis. In alot of my dreams whenever I feel a sense of danger I try to yell out but no sounds come out. I did a bit of Google and sleep paralysis keeps coming out. I don't remember seeing demons and being trapped in a bed unable to move though.   

Are you sure it wasnt a lucid dream? I have those every now and then. I am learning to control what happens in dreams because I can tell when I m dreaming or not

I remember being aware of being asleep even feeling my leg hurt or something..I knew I was laying down but in my dreams I was walking.

I read somewhere to focus on your thumb if you experience sleep paralysis, so that is what I did last time I felt stuck. In my mind I moved my thumb and I woke up

A lot of blues and white lights traced around me ...
And it feels as if I?m going to heaven almost...
But I want to say I?m not ready and then when i think I?m not ready
